NHS Core Values, Beliefs About Learning, and 21st Century Learning Expectations
The Graduation Portfolio is an ongoing process that students work on for most of their high school journey. To help students keep pace, they are expected to achieve certain levels of progress each year. Students must have 10 proficient tasks by the end of their sophomore year; they are encouraged to complete their portfolio by the end of their junior year, but should have it done no later than the close of semester one of senior year.
All students, especially those struggling to keep pace, receive support from teachers, advisors, guidance counselors, and the Graduation by Proficiency Coordinator.
