Welcome Mentors and Students!

This page will serve as a resource for you including the documents you need to fill out and submit and the requirements for mentors to make note of for completion of the Senior Project.



1.  Tips for Finding a Mentor

  • This checklist will be helpful to start the search in finding a mentor for your Senior Project.  It includes items such as what experience to look for, where to look, and how to use your network to find a match that will help you during your project.

Project Mentoring Plan 

Once you have formed your mentorship, below is the form you and your mentor will need to complete to set the standard and expectations for your project.
Please review, fill in appropriate information with your mentor, and return to your Civics/Senior Project teacher.

Mentoring Time Logs

Use these mentor logs to track the dates you meet with your mentor, the number of hours you mentored that day, and a description of the work you did during the session.  You will need to use this form to show that you have completed 5, 10, and 15 hours at various due dates.
